How to avoid limited data volume?

I have booked a Free plan so far, but now I cannot create new things due to a failure message stating that my data volume exceeds the plan.
How to proceed in case of limited data volume?

The managed data volume for a Bosch IoT Things service instance is different per plan.

In case of a Free plan, the data volume is limited to 0.5 MB (see https://www.bosch-iot-suite.com/legal/pricing-conditions/things/).

Thus, you have various options:

  • Keep your free service instance, and delete entities you don't need any longer before creating more things.
    Delete requests should not run into the same failure message.
  • Request an “upgrade” to one of the payed service plans.

Bosch associates with access to the Bosch IoT Cloud environment can change the plan themselves.
